You cannot forget to taste the Tostadillo de Potes, the bar famous-snack.
It consists of a sweet wine -similar to muscatel-, aromatic and
with a topaz colour. Made from selected bunches of grapes, which
instead of being pressed straightaway after the harvest, are hanged
in a opened room during several weeks in order to lose their humidity.
Afterwards, they are pressed.
A
sweet and fragrant wine, very smooth on the palate and which has
been matured in our raising winery.
